Who we are

Junction Jam is a mobile game developed and published by Hillfoot Games ("we", "us"). Developer contact: emreqaraduman@hotmail.com.

What we collect ourselves

Nothing that personally identifies you. The game has no user accounts and no sign-in. Your level progress, coins, lives and settings are stored locally on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show, cap and measure ads, Google may collect device information, coarse location (from your IP address), ad interactions, diagnostics and your Google Advertising ID (AAID/GAID). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form and can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Analytics (Google Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (for example which levels are completed or failed) and to fix problems. It collects app usage events, device and Android OS version, approximate region and an app instance identifier. This data is processed in aggregate and is not used to identify you.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We advertise the game on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta SDK reports app installs, app launches, level progress and in-app purchases to Meta so we can measure those campaigns. It may collect device information and, where permitted, the Google Advertising ID. Meta's policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

Ad partners (Unity Ads)

Some ads are delivered by Unity Ads, which competes for ad slots through Google AdMob mediation. To show and measure those ads, Unity may collect device information, coarse location (from your IP address), ad interactions and, where permitted, the Google Advertising ID. Your choice in Google's consent form also applies to Unity. Unity's policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

Game analytics (Pancar Analytics)

We also use Pancar Analytics (Pancar Games) to see how the game is played and how it earns money. It receives game events (for example a level started, won or failed, a continue, the daily challenge), the ads you watched with their estimated revenue, and completed purchases (product, price, currency and store transaction id), together with the app version, platform, session times and a coarse country. Events are tied only to a random installation id created by the app – not to your name, email, IP address or advertising identifier. Raw events are deleted after at most 12 months; only daily totals are kept longer. Deleting the app removes the installation id.

Online rankings (Unity Gaming Services)

The leaderboards (per level, overall and weekly) run on Unity Gaming Services by Unity Technologies. When you play online the app signs in anonymously: Unity creates a random player id and the app gives you a generated nickname (two words such as "SwiftFox" – you cannot type your own). Your level scores, the overall sum and your weekly points are stored with that id and nickname and are visible to other players. No name, email, contact or advertising identifier is sent. You can draw a new nickname at any time on the rankings card; deleting the app removes the link between you and the player id. To have your rankings data deleted, contact us at the address below.

In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. A purchase validation service (RevenueCat) receives only the anonymous Google Play purchase token so that purchases and the "Remove Ads" entitlement can be validated and restored. RevenueCat's policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Data security & retention

All data transmitted between the app and our third-party SDK partners (Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Unity Gaming Services, Firebase, Pancar Analytics, RevenueCat, Meta) is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.

Children

Junction Jam is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices and data deletion

Because Junction Jam does not use accounts or store personal profiles on our own servers, uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage in Android Settings) immediately deletes all local game data. You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads, and change your ad consent in the game settings. For any request about data processed by our service providers, write to emreqaraduman@hotmail.com and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
